Local businesses are no different in Denver than it is any place else. The economy is rough right now and any business that wants to survive needs to use every tool that they can just to keep the doors open. To make matters more complicated the ways that used to work are no longer working as well.
Newspaper, radio, and television ads are drawing fewer customers even as they get more expensive. Customers are expecting businesses to be more available through websites and social sites. As more people use mobile phones they are expecting those websites to be optomized so they can be seen on the smaller screen that they have.
To survive and prosper today small businesses have to use local marketing strategies that will help to get them customers in ways that were unknown just a few years ago. Local business marketing is more complicated now than ever before.
